PHILADELPHIA, PA – June 23, 2020 — Richardson Sales Performance, the global leader in sales training and performance improvement, announced today the launch of its Evidence-Based Solution Selling® program in a virtual instructor-led workshop format. The training program has been adapted to enable life science sales professionals to be trained in a virtual setting that includes more interactivity with peers and practical exercises during the sessions.

According to Brad Ansley, Director of the dedicated life sciences practice at Richardson Sales Performance,

“We have seen a lot of changes in the healthcare industry in the last few months. Now more than ever, key decision makers have higher expectations of their experience with sales representatives. This includes an increased knowledge and use of clinical data. That’s why we developed a new version of this program that enables sales professionals to develop their clinical selling skills without having to travel to a central location for a classroom workshop.”

The virtual workshop will give them the opportunity to practice and interact even more with their peers, guided by a facilitator who is experienced in the principles of evidence-based medicine and selling in healthcare.

The Evidence-Based Solution Selling® program enables life sciences sales professionals to:

  • Help healthcare industry buyers make valid, relevant decisions
  • Leverage clinical data to establish the value of their product
  • Conduct consultative, evidence-based conversations
  • Establish trust and credibility with physicians and other healthcare buyers
  • Win more business and achieve sales goals consistently
