Our Purpose

Richardson is committed to protecting your privacy. This statement explains the steps we take to protect your personal data when you visit our Web sites. It describes what categories of personal data we collect, the purposes for which we use those data, your options regarding use of your data, our security measures, and how you can review and correct your data. Additional Important Information

Lawful Basis for Processing

We will only collect and process personal data about you where we have a lawful basis to do so.  Lawful basis include consent and “legitimate interest”. Transfers of Your Personal Data to Other Countries

The Personal Data Richardson processes is housed on our servers in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, your Personal Data that we collect will be processed and stored in the United States. By selecting to use our services and submitting your Personal Data you consent to the transfer, storing, and/or processing of your Personal Data by Richardson in the United States. We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your Personal Data when it is transferred. If you reside or are located within the EEA and such transfers occur, we take appropriate steps to provide the same level of protection for processing carried out in any such countries as you would within the EEA to the extent feasible under applicable law.

No Information from Children Under 13

This site is a general audience site. Richardson strongly believes in protecting the privacy rights of children. We do not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Data on our site of persons under the age of 13 years of age.
