Centra and Richardson Team to Deliver E-learning for Sales Pros

Richardson, a provider of sales training and consulting services, has signed a partnership agreement with Centra, a provider of business software solutions for e-learning and realtime collaboration. The partnership will enable Richardson to supplement its instructor-led
training and online QuickSkills curriculum with Web-based education programs via Centra's synchronous e-learning applications. The blended learning solutions offer training alternatives, effective reinforcement, and access to Richardson's performance development content in sales, sales management, strategy, negotiations, sales presentations, prospecting, and service training. Meanwhile, Richardson trainers will use Centra's online solutions to facilitate realtime training, one-on-one coaching sessions, refresher courses, and meetings to help participants apply new skills to their business and change behavior.
