Design Associate
Role Description:
Coordinates with Instructional Designers on all aspects of client and internal project management, including workflow coordination, proofreading and copy editing. Provides administrative support to Designers to whom he/she is assigned. Reports directly to the Director of Design Operations.

Responsibilities:
§ Manages project workflow including:
o Working with Word Processing to prioritize work and ensure documents are completed on time
o Managing project deadlines for prework, surveys,
o Proofreading documents following Richardson standards
o Creating, moving, and deleting electronic files/directories
o Sending materials to trainers, clients, salespeople, etc.
o Locating and retrieving electronic and hard copy document files
§ Under the direction of a Designer, performs the following tasks related to client projects:
o Revising existing cases, exercises, and library materials
o Managing client case/exercise libraries
o Writing Trainer Memos
o Preparing trainer prep packages
o Preparing participant surveys and compiling results
o Developing implementation plans for core Richardson seminars
o Developing prework for core Richardson seminars
o Compiling handbooks for core Richardson seminars
§ Provides ongoing feedback and support to Customizing Team
§ Performs other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree required in English, Journalism, Writing or related field. Experience in business writing, editing or publishing a plus. A writing sample and cover letter must accompany each resume submission.
