Chief Sales Officer
As Richardson Sales Performance’s Chief Sales Officer, Chris is responsible for leading the North American sales team and our businesses in the Asia-Pacific region. Chris has a passion for building and leading sales teams that add value for clients they serve and has specific expertise in selling both IP-based solutions and SAAS platform technology products.
As a practising sales leader, a focus on driving agility within the Richardson Sales Performance team is top of mind for Chris. It is his goal to ensure that all team members deliver relevant solutions that serve our client's immediate and long-term strategic needs. Since he understands that this goal is shared across sales organisations, he recommends all our partners consider the Sprint Selling training programme as part of their customised sales performance improvement strategy.

Prior to joining Richardson Sales Performance, Chris was responsible for the Client Sales function at the learning and talent management company Cornerstone OnDemand. Before joining Cornerstone, he spent nearly five years with The Forum Corporate enabling clients to build leadership and sales capabilities to support their business strategies.
Chris is based in Cincinnati with his wife and three sons. When he’s not working, he enjoys traveling, golfing, cycling, and discovering new restaurants.
