Chris Renda is Richardson’s Chief Sales Officer; he is responsible for leading the North American sales team and our businesses in the Asia-Pacific region.

Experience

Chris has an educational background in economics and more than 25 years of sales leadership experience at companies including Cornerstone OnDemand, AchieveForum, and Ceridian.

  1. Favourite recreational activity: I am an avid golfer for the time it enables me to spend outside for a few hours with friends and because it involves “gear”. 
  2. Favourite food: All things pasta but especially tagliatelle Bolognese.
  3. Very first job: As a child my first job was a paper route, but my first professional job was in Sales Operations which fueled my love for being a seller.
  4. If you weren’t in business, what would you be doing: I would be coaching football so that I could combine my love for the game with building capability.
  5. Least favorite household chore: I dislike all yard work, especially cutting the grass, and will always outsource that no matter how small the plot.
