Erin Smith

Vice President of Operations

Erin Smith is Richardson’s Vice President of Operations. She is responsible for managing and leading the teams through successful contracting, design, and programme management of all client projects. From high-quality instructional design and expert project management, she ensures her teams are skilled and prepared to support Richardson clients in their sales transformations. Erin works directly with the EMEA team to ensure consistency across implementations and operational services.

Prior to this role, Erin served as Richardson’s Director of Client Delivery, where she was responsible for the successful recruitment and assignment of facilitators and project implementation teams of each programme. She has also served as a programme manager for multiple projects for EU and Asia deliveries during her tenure at Richardson, where she brings a passion for coaching and a wealth of complex implementation expertise to her team and Richardson clients.

Erin resides in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and can often be found running marathons and traveling.
