Previewing our New Assessment and Diagnostic Tool - Richardson is launching a new Coaching Assessment and Diagnostic tool. This new online tool provides managers with feedback on their coaching style, i.e. how they perceive themselves and how their direct reports perceive them relative to their sales leadership and coaching skills. The assessment can be linked to Richardson's custom classroom and Web-based learning.
