Strategic Coaching: A Critical Success factor for Achieving Business Results – Tuesday, November 7 th , 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. in Coronado R Conference Room (session #626).

If a sales organization wants to do one thing to improve sales performance, it is to develop sales coaching as company wide discipline.

Using Adaptive Diagnostics to Drive Continuous Learning – Tuesday, November 7 th , 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. in Coronado R Conference Room (session #825).

During this hands-on session you will learn how adaptive diagnostic tools can help drive measurement to the individual learner level where reinforcement is automatically tailored to each learner for maximum impact. Richardson and SkillMeasure will review and highlight the results from an actual client solution that focused on developing an integrated learning strategy for Coaching training that included a pre-diagnostic, training linked directly to skill gaps, a post adaptive diagnostic that identified remaining skill gaps, and targeted reinforcement training and coaching designed to close remaining skill gaps. This session will not end at the conference. As a special takeaway and follow-up, each person in attendance will receive access to an online self-coaching diagnostic. Participants will have to opportunity to self-evaluate their coaching skills and then receive a report on their results. Finally, we will also conduct a post conference Web-cast where we will review the aggregate results of the online coaching diagnostic and answer any additional questions that you may have.
