Richardson Names Donna A. Tschoepe as Vice President of Human Resources

Philadelphia, PA – July 12, 2007 – Richardson, a leading sales training and consulting company, today announced that Donna A. Tschoepe has joined Richardson as the Vice President of Human Resources.  Donna’s primary responsibilities will be to oversee and lead the company’s strategic recruitment, selection plan, and ensure the organization is staffed at appropriate levels to help accomplish Richardson’s rapid growth goals.  Donna will be based out of Richardson’s Global Headquarters in Philadelphia, PA.

Donna brings over 25 years of Human Resources Management and Consulting experience to Richardson.  Prior to joining Richardson, Donna operated her own HR practice, which specialized in Human Resource consulting.  Additionally, Donna was the Chief Administrative Officer/SVP for CDNOW and Bertelsmann, responsible for Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, Organizational Effectiveness and Administration.  Prior to her time at CDNOW and Bertelsmann, Donna was SVP, Human Resources for Fleet Credit Card Services, a consultant for seven years with Manchester Partners International (now Right Management Consultants), and a Director of Human Resources for Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company.

Donna has a B.S. in Psychology from St. Joseph’s University and is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Lominger’s Career Architect, and VOICES.  She is a member of SHRM and a past Board Member of PHRPG.  She has taught career counseling at local colleges and universities and has been a national speaker for  She has also served on the Board of Directors for Women Organized Against Rape for three years.
