Erin Smith is Richardson Sales Performance’s Vice President of Operations. She is responsible for managing and leading the teams through successful contracting, design, and program management of all client projects. From high-quality instructional design and expert project management, she ensures her teams are skilled and prepared to support Richardson Sales Performance clients in their sales transformations.
Erin works closely with Richardson Sales Performance customers to create contracts that clearly define all the details of a solution and ensure the training plan delivers value.

Prior to this role, Erin served as Richardson Sales Performance’s Director of Client Delivery, where she was responsible for the successful recruitment and assignment of facilitators and project implementation teams of each program. She has also served as a program manager for several transformational and global implementations during her tenure at Richardson Sales Performance, where she brings a passion for coaching and a wealth of complex implementation expertise to her team and Richardson Sales Performance clients.
Erin resides in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and can often be found running marathons.
