On Friday, March 15, 2013, Richardson Sales Performance was named to TrainingIndustry.com’s Top 20 Sales Training Companies.

This marks the fifth straight year of inclusion on the list for Richardson Sales Performance. The Top 20 list  recognises the top sales training companies in the industry. These leading companies all provide outstanding service, and a proven track record for delivering superior training and improving the impact of the sales organisation.

Selection of this year's Top 20 was based on the following criteria:

  • Industry recognition and impact on the sales training industry
  • Innovation in the sales training market
  • Company size and growth potential
  • Breadth of service offering
  • Strength of clients served
  • Geographic reach
“This year’s applicants represent a competitive group of industry players,” said Ken Taylor, Chief Operating Officer, TrainingIndustry.com. “The selected Top 20 Sales Training Companies provide a range of innovative offerings to many notable clients, differentiating themselves by their reach and recognition within the market.”

“The 2013 Top 20 Sales Training Companies focus not only on the quality of training they provide, but also on the impact their programmes have on the industry and the companies they support,” said Doug Harward, Chief Executive Officer, TrainingIndustry.com.

“It would be an honour to be named to the list of Top 20 Sales Training Companies for even one year, but TrainingIndustry.com has placed Richardson Sales Performance there for five consecutive years,” said David DiStefano, Richardson Sales Performance President and CEO. “This achievement highlights the significant impact of Richardson Sales Performance on the industry and the value we provide to our clients. In 2012, we trained more than 75,000 sales professionals, created 600 new customised programmes, interviewed 1,000 senior executives, surveyed 3,000 sales reps, and significantly broadened our global footprint by expanding into China. We look forward to continuing to help our clients achieve their business goals and objectives in the years ahead.”
