Richardson offers a full suite of online, behavioral-based diagnostics that provide both the individual and the organization a baseline of current sales and/or coaching behaviors. We provide pre-learning diagnostics and are a pioneer in the creation and administration of post-learning adaptive diagnostics. Post-adaptive diagnostics hone in on the areas identified as opportunities for development at the time of the pre-learning diagnostic and show the change in those specific behaviors as a result of the learning intervention. The results (both pre and post) can be used to further tailor the learning solution and provide a platform to create individual development plans and the foundation for coaching between manager and salesperson. Diagnostics integrate seamlessly to our curriculum, can be administered as either self or 180°, and are fully customizable both in terms of content and reporting.
