Bill Zarrilli
Bill Zarrilli is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Richardson. Bill brings over 15 years financial and operational experience to Richardson. Bill's primary responsibilities include overseeing the financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, accounting, contract administration, taxation, and treasury functions for the Company.
Before joining Richardson in 2004, Bill was Controller for InvestorForce, a technology company specializing in the development of business solutions for the institutional investment community. He was directly responsible for building the accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and treasury functions for this high-tech start-up and supported the capital raising and M&A activities of the company. Prior to his tenure at InvestorForce, Bill held several positions of increasing responsibility in finance and international operations at GlaxoSmithKline. Bill started his career at KPMG.
Bill graduated with an M.B.A., concentration in Finance, from Drexel University and a B.S. in Accounting from LaSalle University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
