Hosted by industry Guru, Elliot Masie, TechLearn is the premier eLearning event in the training industry. This annual event draws together thousands of participants in the training community to share ideas and best practices around technology-based learning.

At the show, Richardson will be presenting two sessions entitled "Web-based Sales Training Does Work!" In this highly interactive session, Senior Vice President, Rose Bisciotti will explore the strengths of eLearning to illustrate how a scenario-based learning approach helps build sales skills, motivates usage, and improve performance. Richardson's sessions will be held Tuesday, November 16, at 2:45 - 3:45 p.m and 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Richardson will also be featuring at it's booth (#206) their new custom eLearning program which was developed for a leading computer manufacturer's Call Center Agents. This program features interactive scenarios that help Call Center Agents better manage irate customers and improve customer service through real life situations.
