Richardson Names Joseph Jacobs VP of Technology Implementation

Philadelphia, PA — December 14, 2000 — Richardson, a leading provider of sales training and management solutions for major corporations worldwide, today announced the appointment of Joseph T. Jacobs as Vice President of Technology Implementation. In this newly created position Mr. Jacobs will work as part of Richardson's Executive Management team to lead the Company in developing its internal and external technology infrastructure and provide leadership and guidance to the company's eLearning line of business.

Most recently Mr. Jacobs served as a Senior Application Engineer and Webmaster for WBT Systems Inc., a pioneer in eLearning infrastructure software and B2B learning networks ( While at WBT Systems Inc, Mr. Jacobs successfully led the implementation of its profitable Learning Management System (LMS) platform, TopClass, and played an active role in the LMS design and customization. Prior to joining WBT Systems, Mr. Jacobs was a Senior Instructor responsible for the development and delivery of technical courseware for (NASDAQ: POSO), a supplier of computer-based technical training.
