Richardson Expands Asia Pacific Operations

Philadelphia , PA – October 12, 2006 – Richardson, a leading sales training and consulting firm, today announced that Lyn Karnstedt has been named Managing Director of Asia-Pacific Operations. Lyn will have primary responsibility for developing and executing Richardson's global business strategy throughout Asia-Pacific and will lead the region's sales and training operations. Lyn will be based out of Richardson's Asia-Pacific Headquarters in Singapore.

Lyn brings over 20 years of experience in sales, sales management, and sales education to Richardson. Prior to joining Richardson, Lyn was responsible for defining and developing the sales training for the Global Sales Organization at Sun Microsystems. Lyn has also held positions at FedEx as a Sales Executive and District Manager, where she focused on increasing revenue for the corporation. Additionally at FedEx, she was a Facilitator and Sales Training Manager, where she concentrated on developing sales training programs to improve selling skills and salesforce effectiveness.
