Richardson Adds Dario Priolo as Chief Strategy Officer
PHILADELPHIA, April 20, 2012 — Richardson, a global sales training and performance improvement company, today announced that Dario Priolo has joined the company as Chief Strategy Officer. Priolo has over 20 years of experience selling and delivering complex solutions to sophisticated clients. Over the past 11 years, he has engineered complete transformations of three marketing organizations in global, multi-channel companies. He is an expert in all aspects of marketing strategy, sales and marketing integration, sales force talent management, and sales channel development.
Mr. Priolo will oversee strategic initiatives that will ensure Richardson remains the undisputed leader in its industry and will report directly to Richardson’s President and CEO David DiStefano. Priolo will also work closely with clients in an executive sponsor role to contribute to their ongoing success to drive sales effectiveness.

Prior to joining Richardson, Dario was Chief Marketing Officer of Profiles International, a global human resources technology company. He was also an Executive Vice President at Miller Heiman and a Division Director at the Hay Group, a global human resources consulting firm. Dario has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree in engineering from McGill University.
