Richardson Launches Selling Diagnostic Tool

Richardson, a sales training and consulting firm, has announced the launch of a new Web-based Consultative Selling Diagnostic Assessment Tool as a part of its sales, service and sales management performance improvement solutions.

Richardson’s new Consultative Selling Diagnostic Assessment Tool was created to provide salespeople with insights into their sales approach and effectiveness. It consists of 24 targeted sales performance-based questions drawn from Richardson’s 27 years of experience and research in working with large sales organizations.
