Primitive beginnings
Twenty-three years ago, Linda Richardson left her job as a principal in the New York City school system to head the corporate training program for a large New York bank. It was the first time she'd even heard of corporate training. And it's little wonder, she recalls, as it was an industry with few competitors. Xerox ruled the roast, and training wasn't as so-phisticated as it is now.
