Our services include sales process audits and development, talent assessment, design and delivery of customised training, performance-based coaching and sustainment and measurement.

Our mission is to ensure that our clients have the top performing sales teams they need to successfully execute their business strategies.

We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a Business Development Manager to report directly to the International Managing Director.

The Opportunity - By introducing new clients and managing existing relationships, this is an opportunity to reinforce and build on our presence across the UK and Europe.  The role is home-office based and carries a high degree of autonomy.

The Person - We are seeking a high-calibre individual with a strong network of sales/line of business contacts in FTSE 250 organisations.  Confident, polished and naturally proactive, potential candidates must have:

  • Current experience of selling bespoke sales effectiveness solutions or general consultancy solutions
  • A successful track record of consultative and insight selling at senior level, with a proven ability to initiate new business development opportunities
  • A strong awareness of sales development requirements and sales effectiveness issue
