As Account Director of EMEA, Katie works closely with Richardson’s Regional Vice Presidents to maintain positive client relationships and is responsible for ensuring that all Richardson solutions are effectively and efficiently delivered to clients. Katie provides excellent internal and client communications, responsiveness, and advocacy for client satisfaction from the start of the relationship throughout all phases of program initiatives.

In her role as a Senior Customising Designer, Karen works with clients across a diverse range of industries to analyse their learning needs in line with their business objectives and design programmes that match those needs. Solutions may be a single course for a limited audience or a comprehensive curriculum that addresses an entire learning journey.

In her role as a sales coach and facilitator Sabine provides training delivery and consulting for multinational organisations. She also designs and leads organisational development programmes and interventions focused on developing skills and competencies to enable effective use of the diverse talents of individuals, teams, and organisations. Sabine has lived in a number of countries around the world and therefore has gained broad international experience and cultural understanding, leading seminars in English and German.

As a Client Director Lynne serves as both an adviser and consultant. Helping her clients to assess sales organisation processes and performance, sales methodology, and talent acceleration to drive the development and performance of desired outcomes. She is responsible for managing strategic global client relationships, as well as new business development and she is adept at coordinating all of the Richardson resources needed to provide a high level of customer service and support. Lynne has extensive experience working with a broad base of clients in multiple industries, including financial services, insurance, technology, pharmaceutical, and professional services.
