Julia Hienzsch

Operations Manager

Julia Hienzsch is the Operations Manager, primarily responsible for managing our Customer Success Groups in our European offices. She ensures that our operations team tackles all activities for the effective organization of our sales transformation projects. She coordinates the team’s workload and works hand in hand with the Customer Success Managers to improve business outcomes and support client relationships. In addition, she supports our facilitators in the EMEA Region and reviews and improves  operational processes on an ongoing basis.

Julia loves helping our clients to solve business issues and obtain measurable results when implementing our methodologies. Seeing the positive feedback reviews or the smile of people when leaving the training is great, but helping customers to drive the adoption of the learned content to impact business results is even more satisfying! It is very interesting to work with a variety of different clients that often operate in different industries and globally.

Diane Lamont

Managing Director, Richardson Sales Performance ANZ

Diane Lamont is the Managing Director of Richardson Sales Performance in ANZ, as well as one of the senior facilitators and executive business coaches. She has worked with Richardson Sales Performance for over 15 years, both in Europe and Asia. Diane brings more than 28 years of training and sales management experience to her role as the joint leader of the company’s business efforts in the ANZ and APAC regions.

Account Director

Katie Scott is an experienced Account Director based out of Richardson Sales Performance’s London office. She has a long history of success in the professional training & coaching industry. Katie is skilled in project management, training, progress tracking, and logistics management.

Gareth Aldis is the Managing Director of Richardson Sales Performance for Australia and New Zealand, as well as one of our senior facilitators and executive business coaches. Having worked with Richardson Sales Performance throughout Asia for over eight years, Gareth draws on over 23 years of management, client relationship, sales, facilitation skills, and experiences. These have been gained working with international corporations, local entities, and his own consultancy practices based in Adelaide, Brussels, Germany, London, and Sydney.
