Over Debbie’s 25 year career in professional sales, she has held a variety of strategic sales and sales management roles including Major Account Manager, Global Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager, prior to assuming her current role as head of global sales at Richardson in 2005.  As Executive VP with Richardson, Debbie has combined her enthusiasm for business development and belief in the value of implementing a repeatable and disciplined sales process with her passion for coaching and leading a team of senior sales professionals.

Debbie’s expertise in sales process and sales skills allows her to serve and add value to Richardson clients as an executive sponsor to many Richardson clients, including Cisco, SunTrust Bank, Ashland,  Barnes Distribution and many others as they implement Richardson’s Sales Performance System across their enterprise.  She has been a guest speaker at many industry conferences on topics such as Creating a Sales Coaching Culture, Preparing and Delivering a Compelling Sales Presentation, and Best Practices for Enabling Consultative Sales Process and Skills.

In her role as Executive Vice President, Global Sales, Debbie led a successful implementation of salesforce.com and has been very involved in the integration of Sales and Marketing to maximize pipeline and drive results for the business.  She has been a influential force in developing Richardson’s global footprint and identifying and developing resources to serve Richardson clients world-wide.

Debbie was recently recognized for her business acumen and leadership expertise with a 2008 Stevie Award for Best Sales Executive.
