We create a comprehensive curriculum for our clients that typically involves multiple delivery choices and modes, such as customized Classroom training (ILT), full Train-the Trainer package and certification, eLearning (nearly 60 off the shelf modules that are fully customizable), webinars, video-on-demand, podcasts, and more.
Our Senior Training Consultants are recognized in the industry as exceptional as facilitators and coaches. In selecting our trainers, we adhere to three criteria: minimum of eight years background in training, sales, and sales management experience. Our relationship with our trainers is unique in that all of our 54 trainers are senior-level and all are exclusive with Richardson. Our trainers are tenured with Richardson, and the majority of our trainers have been with Richardson for at least ten years; many have been with us for more than 15 years. Our trainers are experienced in training across industries and across levels.
