Candidates for our Senior Sales Training positions must have the following credentials:
- Minimum of 10 years of business experience including sales, sales management, consulting, and/or training
- Minimum of 10 years of corporate training facilitation experience on a wide range of sales-related topics
- Financial services experience strongly preferred
- Experience and proven credibility delivering to senior level audiences
- Proven client relationship skills
- Small group role play facilitation experience as opposed to large group speaker “presentations”
- Willingness to travel
- BS degree, MBA a plus
