Job Title:  Help Desk Coordinator

 

Description:  You will ensure high quality technical, operational and procedural support for system user community including on-site, remote, and global users. Responsibilities include support via phone, web, and email for on-site and home office desktop support, rollout and change management of applications.

 

Skills Required:  Microsoft Office 2003, Exchange 2003. Windows XP, Adobe Flash player, Adobe Acrobat, hardware implementation and upgrades, Windows Active Directory and TCP/IP, network printing/scanning. Must possess the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues including: Cable/DSL Modems and Routers with connectivity in a Windows XP environment.
