Selling in a 2.0 World

Join David DiStefano, Richardson CEO, and Ellen Wilsker, Vice President of Sales, for an interactive session where they will examine how the transformation from Web 1.0 to 2.0 shifts the way we interact with customers. We will share best practices and introduce the latest tools to effectively sell in a Web 2.0 world. You will also earn the most important skills needed to navigate this new way of selling.

Networking

LinkedIn, Face Book, MySpace… we all use them, but do we have the skills to effectively leverage these Web 2.0 tools to build relationships? In this fun, interactive session, Helen Sutton, a Senior Training Consultant with Richardson, and Jim Brodo, SVP of Marketing, will help you strengthen your networking skills. You will then put them into action in a competitive contest to see who can network with the most people at ASTD. The person who builds the biggest network, wins a new Nintendo Wii. Are you up o the challenge?

Dialogue

Regardless of the use of technology, in a Sales 2.0 world the ability to have strong dialogues will remain the heart of good sales. Join Helen Sutton, Senior Training Consultant, and Andrea Roselli, SVP of Design, for this hands-on session which focuses on the skills needed o lead a robust dialogue using today’s virtual mediums.

Collaboration

Collaboration is an integral component of Selling in a 2.0 World. Technology has opened the gate to allow for real-time communication and feedback to peers, team members, direct reports, and customers. Join Delene Miller, Vice President and Regional Sales Manager, and Helen Sutton, Senior Training Consultant, for this practical session on the “dos and don’ts” of giving and receiving feedback in a virtual world.
