Sales Trainers
We are currently looking for qualified Senior Facilitators to join the Richardson team on a contract basis. Facilitators must have line Sales Management experience in a complex sales environment and must be able to deliver dynamic, interactive, instructor-led engagements for senior-level audiences. This position requires the ability to articulate Richardson’s vision, capabilities, business value, and offerings to both clients and prospects at a high-level. Familiarity with Sales Process methodology and Competitive Selling is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Richardson’s sales methodology, tools, and training content
- Work with Richardson sales and design staff to understand client expectations and prepare accordingly to ensure needs are met
- Conduct pre-seminar calls with client liaisons
- Facilitate instructor-led, classroom-based training as well as web-based training seminars, providing intensive value-add feedback and coaching
- Keep attendees interested and engaged throughout the seminar
- Debrief with client management team on seminar results
- Prepare seminar summary reports for Richardson
QUALIFICATIONS\SKILLS\ABILITIES
- Bachelors degree required, post graduate degree desired
- Certifications in Sales Process Methodologies and/or Project Management a plus;
- Practitioner of Sales Process or Methodology desired
- Experience in selling and managing to a defined sales process in a complex selling environment preferred
- Experience within the Technology, Industrial and/or Manufacturing fields desired
- 5+ years (minimum) of successful experience in sales management or sales consulting
- 5+ years (minimum) of professional training facilitation; experience in sales and sales management topics, desired
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills; experience in classroom and web based training a plus
- Enthusiastic, high energy, dynamic personality with the ability to motivate and inspire sales professionals at all levels
- Ability to use relevant sales and sales management field experience to demonstrate and coach effective selling methods
- Strong client-focused relationship and follow-up skills
- Passionate about sales and coaching
- Strong listening skills, as well as oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis
